Beach House in Bucaro

BEACH HOUSE IN BUCARO FOR SALE OR RENT

This house has 3 bedrooms inside and one bedroom off the garage for either a housekeeper or guests.  When we rent out this house  we reserve the office and the bedroom off the garage for our things so it becomes a 2 bedroom house for rental purposes.  Ceilings in the living room, dining room and master bedroom are 9 feet high. The house has a "dutch" roof that let's the hot air escape naturally.  The rooms with high ceilings have normal height windows with high windows over them at the ceiling level to let the hot air escape.  This home was built in 2007.   The kitchen has tile counter tops and cedar cabinets.  The bedrooms all have air conditioning and ceiling fans.   The A/C is used a night and the ceiling fans during the day.  The rest of the rooms have just the ceiling fans.  There's a patio on the side of the house facing the ocean.  The third bath connects the kitchen to the outside by the laundry.  The house has a 2 car garage on steel cabinets covering one wall.  The trees on the parcel all have their limbs trimmed to just above the horizon.  The breeze blows through the trees and keeps the house cool.  There's  a large dog run that starts on the west side and wraps around to the east.  The house is completely fenced.   Click on any photo to enlarge.

THE ENTRANCE IS COMPLETELY CONCRETED AND HAS SPACE FOR GUESTS OR A BOAT.


THE GARAGE IS A TWO CAR GARAGE WITH STEEL STORAGE CABINETS ON THE RIGHT.


THE PATIO FACES THE BEACH AND OCEAN.


THE DINING ROOM IS LARGE, WELL LITE AND CHEERY.


BELOW THE HOUSE IS A FABULOUS BEACH


THIS PROPERTY HAS IT'S OWN CONCESSIONED BEACH FRONT.
