Madroño is only 3 km (2 mi) from Playa Venao.  It's as beautiful, much more tranquil, costs a whole lot less and has beautiful sunsets.  All lots are near the ocean, have excellent ocean views, most with views of kilometers of beach, Isla de Cañas, the estuary, Punta Azuero, the valley and a magnificent sunset over Cerro Hoya.  The furthest lot is  just minutes away from the beach.  Compare the distance to the ocean and the price with other properties being offered.  A cool breeze blows down from the mountains in the dry season and off the ocean in the wet season.  The beach access includes a beautiful semi-private beach which is as much as 500 yards (460 meters) wide at low tide, followed by tide pools, rocky headlands, caves and small inset private beaches.   All lots include road, power and water.   Power is due to be completed in July of 2021.  These properties are just off of a major paved road.
